The Welcast Foundation has inaugurated three new schools in rural Bangladesh as part of its corporate social responsibility initiative. The schools, located in Sylhet, Rangpur, and Barisal divisions, will provide quality education to over 2,000 students from underserved communities.
Each school features modern classrooms, computer labs, libraries, and sports facilities. The foundation has also appointed qualified teachers and established scholarship programs for meritorious students.
"Education is the foundation of national development," said the Foundation Director. "These schools will empower the next generation of leaders."
The education initiative is part of Welcast Group's broader CSR commitment to invest BDT 100 crore in social development over the next five years.
