Permission is granted to temporarily use our Services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials included on or part of the Services ("Content") are the property of Welcast Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the prior written consent of Welcast Group, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WELCAST GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Welcast Group does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the Services will be corrected. The information provided through our Services is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WELCAST GROUP, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Welcast Group exceed the amount you paid to Welcast Group, if any, in the past six months for the Services giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
