Welcast Group has announced a comprehensive employee welfare program covering all 15,000+ employees across its business verticals. The BDT 25 crore initiative includes enhanced healthcare coverage, children's education scholarships, financial wellness programs, and mental health support.
The program, named "Welcast Cares," will provide free healthcare for employees and their families, education scholarships for children, retirement planning assistance, and access to mental health professionals.
