The Well Care Diagnostic has launched a comprehensive telemedicine platform, enabling patients to receive medical consultations and diagnostic guidance from the comfort of their homes. The platform integrates with the diagnostic center's existing digital infrastructure to provide seamless healthcare access.
The telemedicine service includes video consultations with qualified physicians, digital prescription delivery, home sample collection, and electronic health records management. The platform is accessible via web and mobile applications.
"Healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their location," said the Medical Director. "Our telemedicine platform removes geographical barriers and brings quality healthcare to remote areas."
Initial rollout covers Dhaka and surrounding areas, with plans to expand nationwide by mid-2025. The platform has already processed over 5,000 consultations in its first month of operation.
